13. bvm: Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) assists the driver in changing lanes by providing a live view of the blind spots on either side of the vehicle and an audible alert if another vehicle is detected. Turn signal must be activated, and other system limitations apply. Do not rely exclusively on BVM. It is the driver’s responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.
14. bca: Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) helps the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region and can apply braking to help prevent an unsafe lane change. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 37 mph. There are limitations to the function, range, detection and clarity of the system. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. BCA may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. Do not rely exclusively on BCA. BCA is a supplemental system, and the driver must still be attentive and exercise caution when driving. It is important to always signal, look over your shoulder and through your mirrors before changing lanes. It is the driver’s responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.
15. fca-2: Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2 (FCA-2) helps detect vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists, but not in all conditions. FCA-2 is designed to assist drivers to avoid, or reduce the severity of, collisions with cars that have slowed or stopped in front of them. The system is not designed to detect certain stationary objects such as trees or poles, and may not detect all vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists under certain road, weather and vehicle conditions. It is a supplemental assist and does not replace the need for extreme care and attention by the driver. FCA-2 may not stop the vehicle completely and will not avoid all collisions. The driver is responsible for being attentive and maintaining control of the vehicle, and should not wait for the system's alerts before braking as there may not be sufficient time to brake safely. See Owner’s Manual for further details and limitations.
16. hda-v2: Highway Driving Assist 2 (HDA 2) is for highway use only and can help keep the vehicle centered in its lane while maintaining a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. Lane markings must be clearly visible on the road. HDA 2 should not be used in poor weather, heavy or varying traffic, or on winding or slippery roads. HDA 2 will not work under all circumstances and will not prevent loss of control. Driver remains responsible to slow or stop the vehicle to avoid a collision. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.
17. rctcaa-2025: Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) is designed to notify drivers of approaching cross traffic behind their vehicle. When another vehicle is detected while you are backing out of a parking spot, it provides audible and visual display warnings and applies braking if it senses a collision is imminent. RCCA is active when the vehicle is in reverse gear and backing at a speed less than 6 mph. It only engages during the first activation of reverse gear from park and may not detect all vehicles, depending on the size, angle, distance and speed of the other vehicle. Never rely exclusively on RCCA. Always look over your shoulder and use your mirrors to confirm rear clearance. There are limitations to the function, detection, range and clarity of the system. 21. battery-warranty: The Electric Limited Battery Warranty covers defects in the factory workmanship or materials of the vehicle's lithium-ion battery for 10 years from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. 22. gsc: Genesis Connected Services, including automatic collision notification, roadside assistance, SOS voice calling, and vehicle care features are available complimentary for 2023 and newer model-year vehicles. Remote and Guidance features, including remote start, guidance, and destination search are complimentary. Enrollment and active subscription are required. Only use Genesis Connected Services and corresponding devices when it is safe to do so. Cellular and GPS coverage is required.     Genesis Connected Services rely on digital wireless telecommunications technology outside of Genesis’s control. Genesis Connected Services are dependent on 4G LTE cellular networks controlled and maintained by third-party wireless carriers. If and when these networks change and/or discontinue service, or the underlying technology required to support Genesis Connected Services becomes obsolete, then the connected services will not work and Genesis will be forced to cancel impacted subscription services. 23. Roadside-Assistance: 

    Genesis Roadside Assistance is a limited and complimentary service for 5 years/unlimited miles from date of first use. Coverage is effective from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer, or otherwise put into service (in-service date), whichever is earlier. Mileage and ownership limitations may apply. See your Genesis Retailer for details.

    Roadside Assistance is not a warranty and does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labor, property loss, or any other expenses incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism, or other items not covered by the Genesis New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Also excluded are services for snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting or demounting of snow chains, any fines, fees, or taxes associated with impound towing as a result of any actual or alleged violation of any law or regulation. Off-roading is not covered. To receive service the vehicle must be on a publicly maintained road.

    Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs (collectively, “AAA”), which are independent contractors of Genesis Motor America (“Genesis”). Genesis makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided by AAA and is not liable for the actions of their employees or subcontractors. Genesis reserves the right to limit services or reimbursement to any owner/driver when, in Genesis’ judgment, the claims are excessive in nature, frequency or type of occurrence.
